Role Description This is a part-time or independent contractor role for a Mental Health Counselor/Therapist, located in Chicago, IL. The Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, completing mental health assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and managing case files. The counselor will also be required to monitor patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
Have 3 or more years of experience in providing individual, family, and marital/couples psychotherapy/counseling
Proficiency in Mental Health Assessments, Treatment Planning, and Case Management
Strong background in Mental Health, Psychology, and Counseling
Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
Licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Experience working with various diagnoses, diverse populations, and age groups
We would like one of the clinicians to have experience in working with children, adolescents, and teenagers

Be available to work evenings at least 2 days out of the week and 2 Saturdays of the month in person and virtually (telehealth)
