Position: Interim Licensed Assisted Living Director LALD
The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and supervision of an assisted living residence. Functions include supervising, quality assurance, training, and direct resident care as needed.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Proven experience working in an assisted living or nursing home setting.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
At least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Assisted Living Director LALD with a Business Office background is highly desirable.
Commitment to providing compassionate and high‑quality care.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
