Product Engineer (East)

Develop and update Bill of Materials (BOM) structures to align with production needs and engineering modifications. Administer and maintain key systems like Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP to manage process and material data effectively. Support the design and enhancement of rack packaging to ensure assembly readiness. Lead the execution of BOM and material changes, coordinating implementation across cross-functional and global teams. Provide engineering support during mass production to maintain process stability and ensure product quality. Take an active role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities. Assist in factory-level New Product Introduction (NPI) qualification efforts. Contribute to internal and external ISO audit preparations to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
