We are looking to expand our current Automotive Sales Manager team, reflecting our continued growth and commitment to excellence. Our sales managers are responsible for optimizing customer retention and profitability in the sales domain. This position encompasses crucial finance functions in car deals, including deal closures and managing finance agreements. Additionally, responsibilities extend to recruitment, training, and performance management of sales personnel.
Compensation Base salary: $200,000 – $250,000 per year, with potential additional income based on department profitability.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities
Structure vehicle deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and closing deals with financing.
Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of sales employees.
Understand and comply with federal, state, and local sales regulations.
Assist salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and provide support to meet these goals.
Develop, implement, and monitor a prospecting and sales control system.
Conduct daily and/or weekly sales meetings.
Communicate effectively across departments.
Ensure salespeople understand and follow dealership policies.
Maintain high customer review ratings.
Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Multi-tasking ability.
Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
Excellent supervisory/managerial skills.
Team building, training, and development skills.
Active participation in team development and motivation.
Basic knowledge of dealership operations.
Clean driving record and insurability.
