Position Summary The Senior Human Resources Generalist delivers comprehensive HR support across multiple business units. Responsibilities include onboarding, terminations, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, policy administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and talent development. The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, ensuring consistent application of HR practices while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support a variety of HR functions: onboarding, contract management, benefits administration, promotions and transfers, HR training, performance management, compensation management, employee relations, HRIS maintenance, recognition, and termination activities.

Develop HR policies, practices, and compliance matters.

Partner with Senior HR Business Partners to identify and address HR needs and improvement opportunities.

Build morale, improve work relationships, and increase productivity and retention.

Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations; partner with legal as needed.

Design and deliver training and development programs and internal surveys for leaders and employees; evaluate and monitor training objectives.

Lead and manage new HR projects and initiatives.

Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Candidate Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience focused on onboarding, benefits administration, training, performance management, HR policy and best practices, compliance, and employment laws and regulations.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and employees.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

HR certification (SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred but not required.

Experience in a technology, SaaS, digital, or technical sales environment preferred.

Benefits

Target Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary (annual). Additional factors considered for offers.

Quarterly bonus program.
