Main Duties and Responsibilities： Acquire merchants, help them increase orders and GMV, and responsible for sales revenue and market share. Arrange face-to-face meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants. Maintain existing merchant relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, improve merchant satisfaction and service quality, and ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular merchant visits, manage merchant materials, and resolve operational issues. Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. Update and maintain merchant profiles in the backend system. Coordinate with Marketing and Delivery teams to increase GMV. Job Requirements： Fluent in Mandarin. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service in the foodservice or delivery industry is preferred. Strong time and project management skills. High market trend sensitivity and data awareness. Good commercial acumen, people skills, and resilience to rejection. Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills.
