Tulsa Club Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton , is seeking an
experienced and driven Director of Sales
to lead our sales efforts, elevate market presence, and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute creative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
Cultivate relationships with key corporate and travel partners
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
Analyze trends, forecast demand, and identify growth opportunities
Represent the Tulsa Club brand with energy, integrity, and vision
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a
Director of Sales
in a full-service and/or luxury hotel.
Strong market knowledge and ability to build lasting client relationships
A results-driven mindset paired with strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with Hilton systems is a PLUS!
