Dental Assistant
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hr
Requirements to Apply
- Bilingual: English / Spanish
- Dental Assistant Certificate
- X-Ray, Infection Control, Coronal Polishing, and BLS/CPR (AHA) certifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
Full-time Dental Assistant Role
Full-time position, Tuesday–Friday 7:45 am–5:00 pm, plus one Saturday per month with a weekday off. Option for 32 or 40 hours per week (40-hour schedule includes Mondays in Bell Gardens or Lynwood).
Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our clinic team. In this role, you will assist dentists chairside, support sterilization and preparation processes, manage inventory, and ensure smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong chairside and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as dentist’s chairside assistant
- Prepare and set up for patient procedures following department protocols
- Complete dental radiographs per state regulations
- Maintain patient lists, monitor flow, and support accurate recordkeeping
- Assist with front office duties including scheduling, insurance verification, patient check-in/out, and collections as needed
