Our Los Angeles office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our fast‑paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing overall administrative support directly to our Landlord Tenant practice group.

Compensation

$22–$24 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative support to the Landlord Tenant practice group
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding status of their cases and settlement offers
  • Check court website for case statuses
  • Process the department e‑service email address
  • E‑file with state courts
  • Complete other miscellaneous projects and duties

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative office experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous law firm experience
  • Previous experience e‑filing
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English
  • ProLaw experience

Schedule

Position is full‑time at 40 hours/week. Business hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm Friday. We currently offer a hybrid in‑office/remote work model for select positions within the firm. New hire employees offered a hybrid schedule will complete onboarding and training in‑office as deemed necessary before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to supervisor approval.
