Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support for senior leadership, including preparing briefings, data, and preparatory materials for meetings.
- Develop and manage a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for leadership engagements, aligning with strategic guidance and organizational goals.
- Draft and edit executive correspondence, synthesizing information into polished, accurate deliverables.
- Create and maintain directorate-level reports, communications, and business documentation such as overviews, year-in-review summaries, and activity reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership engagements, including meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, forums, and protocol events.
- Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise systems, ensuring responses adhere to standards and are completed on time.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI and to sit for and pass a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings.
- Proven ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with NRO, DoD, or IC structure, processes, and procedures.
- Expertise in managing and utilizing task-tracking systems such as TIER or equivalent platforms.
- Experience supporting leadership in protocol management for distinguished visitors, VIP visits, or high-level engagements.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for managing data, reports, and collaborative workflows.
