Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk ticket auditing services to determine agent performance in comparison with established KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports to aid in root cause data analysis for operational and QoS concerns.
• Build operations dashboards for managers to track day‑to‑day operations, aged tickets, team ownership, delinquent tickets, and KPI summaries.
• Perform root cause analysis for special concern tickets from sales staff, analyzing ticket reassignment, days open, and performance metrics by agent, team, leader, and org.
• Validate and provide insights on performance audits completed via automation tools.
• Assist in reorganizing and modernizing backend data structures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Power BI, DAX, M language, data cleansing, and report development.
• Python scripting for data pipelines and machine learning techniques.
• ServiceNow and Five9 integration and platform analytics.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Root cause analysis, performance auditing, and operational KPI tracking.
• Visual analytics, dashboards, and executive presentations.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
