This company offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, annual profit sharing, an annual equity bonus, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.

  • Comprehensive design and development of analog and digital circuits, power systems, and signal processing subsystems for intricate products.
  • Define system-level architecture and select components for electronic systems.
  • Take circuit designs from initial concept through simulation, prototyping, testing, and integration.
  • Design and implement sophisticated control systems using microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs.
  • Lead and mentor the PCB design process, ensuring layouts are optimized for signal integrity, manufacturability, and thermal management.
  • Develop PCB designs from schematic capture and layout to review and prototyping, performing simulations to validate designs prior to mass production.
  • Develop test plans, protocols, and procedures for hardware validation, performance testing, and debugging of prototypes.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware with other system components.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing their design capabilities.
  • Lead design reviews and technical discussions to ensure all engineering solutions meet design objectives and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Manage major design projects from initial planning and concept through to final implementation and production.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues during design, testing, and production, applying root cause analysis to resolve design defects or failures.
  • Drive continuous improvements in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
