Your Role As a Recruiter in our Hospitality Division, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to match exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles in the hospitality sector, including management positions, front-of-house staff, and specialized service roles. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry to understand their unique hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from initial contact through placement. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively advise clients and candidates alike. Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment strategies with client needs, ensuring successful placements and exceeding client expectations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Previous experience is ideal but we will train the right person. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
