Soni is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Recruiter to join a growing organization in Monmouth County, NJ. This high-impact role will partner directly with senior leadership to identify and attract top-tier executive, clinical, and operational talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced headhunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at building relationships with high-level stakeholders and passive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle executive search, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of leadership and specialized talent.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to define success profiles and hiring strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and candidate readiness.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Manage sensitive searches with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in ATS systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive recruitment with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
