HR Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant to support our US operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processing through ADP. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence to enable business success.
Key Responsibilities
Business HR & Employee Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle employee greviances and foster a positive work culture.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
- Exp in handling benefits for US & Canada
HR Operations
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with US & Canada labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US & Canada roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.
Payroll & Compliance (ADP)
- Manage US & Canada payroll process through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle benefits administration, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Address employee payroll queries and work closely with finance for reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to business partnering, operations, recruitment, and payroll.
- Hands‑on experience with ADP payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
