HR Assistant We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant to support our US operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and payroll processing through ADP. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence to enable business success. Key Responsibilities Business HR & Employee Engagement Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development. Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle employee greviances and foster a positive work culture. Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Exp in handling benefits for US & Canada HR Operations Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with US & Canada labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for US & Canada roles, from sourcing to offer closure. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure timely hiring. Utilize multiple recruitment channels to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. Payroll & Compliance (ADP) Manage US & Canada payroll process through ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle benefits administration, tax filings, and statutory compliance. Address employee payroll queries and work closely with finance for reconciliation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 1 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to business partnering, operations, recruitment, and payroll. Hands‑on experience with ADP payroll systems. Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
