POSITION OVERVIEW

The HR Generalist will support full-cycle human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll assistance, and benefits administration. This role is highly collaborative and serves as a key resource for both employees and leadership. The ideal professional is organized, people-focused, and committed to maintaining an efficient and compliant HR environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
• Manage HR documentation, records, offers, and orientation processes
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, benefits questions, and policy communications
• Support payroll processing and HRIS transactions using UKG and Tikit systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while assisting managers with performance and disciplinary processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in HR generalist or specialist functions such as recruiting, benefits administration, or employee relations
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role
• Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, SAP) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and support cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$55,000-$60,000/DOE plus paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision, supplemental), 401(k) from day one, and long-term growth potential.
