Responsibilities

  • Day‑to‑day administration of HR policies and programs.
  • Employee relations, training, employee communications and engagement, performance management, recruitment and staffing, law compliance and benefits administration.
  • Analytics – maintain data accuracy within HR systems and compile data analytics monthly.
  • Benefits – assist with administration of employee benefits and maintain the timekeeping system.
  • Compliance – participate in audits and own site’s training program.
  • Employee Engagement – coordinate and activate employee engagement, communication plans, and employee activities.
  • Employee Relations – investigate, resolve, and communicate employee questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Onboarding – conduct orientation for all newly hired employees; collect new hire paperwork, complete I9s, maintain records.
  • Performance Management – attendance tracking, KPI tracking, disciplinary action administration.
  • Recruiting – participate in ongoing hiring strategies and efforts to elevate the team and organizational effectiveness.
  • Training – develop and administer appropriate training opportunities for employees.
  • Drive KHMS – apply the holistic approach to improve HR Operations, including talent management, performance development, and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in a Human Resources related profession.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
  • Exposure to WorkDay Cloud, HCM, or related ATS platform.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Updated knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in supervising.
  • Ability to relocate now and in the future.

Compensation

Base salary range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00. Eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
