Responsibilities

• Maintain offices, cubicle, conference rooms, restrooms, and other office space clean and in orderly fashion.
• Prepare conference rooms with coffee, drinks, and or food (when required).
• Maintain storage areas neat and clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds (bay areas, lobby entrances, etc.).
• Empty trash receptacles in the warehouse daily at a minimum.
• Maintain floors daily to ensure cleanliness, no dirt and debris, obstacles and trip/slip hazards. Post hazard information signs where needed.
• Maintain materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, reach, and maintain employee confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills; speaking and writing in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, Windows).
• Completion of forklift training program (certified).
• Ability to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime as dictated by business (mandatory or voluntary).

Physical Demands

Occasional handling/sitting; frequent bending; constant walking and standing; lifting and carrying/pushing/pulling 21-50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.

Work Environment

Low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles; low to moderate temperature fluctuations; warehouse work.

Pay Range

$15.50 - $16 per hour (approx.)
