Job Overview: Review trade promotions in Xtel and verify that the contract attached matches the promotion details.

Responsibilities

• Manage Excel workbooks with multiple tabs to track promotion data.
• Verify that contract attachments match promotion criteria.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify any discrepancies.
• Communicate findings to the promotion team.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills – comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• College degree in accounting or business preferred; not required.
• Motivated, good communication and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to look at numbers and spreadsheets daily.
• Entry-level – no prior auditing experience required.
