Airline Customer Service Supervisor – Newark Airport

Hallmark Aviation is seeking a professional Airline Customer Service Supervisor to support the Airline Account Manager and oversee operational and administrative processes while coordinating with the airline client/station manager to meet high quality standards.

Location: Newark, NJ (EWR)

Department: Airline Operations

  • Minimum 18 months airline operational experience preferred
  • Very good rating on most recent evaluation
  • Ability to work under extreme deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving and quick decision-making within operations (e.g., flight delays, cancellations)
  • Thorough knowledge of airport operations (arrivals, departures, ticket counter)
  • Good knowledge of airline reservations
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, typing, ticketing
  • Occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • English proficient; other languages may be required
  • Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, multiplying)
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Reading and comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
