What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Recruit, train, and develop National and Regional Broker Partners to enhance sales and service delivery
• Provide enrollment support and training for new producers on their initial accounts
• Maintain positive working relationships with various internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze market trends and formulate effective recruiting programs
• Help implement corporate strategies, including cross-selling partner products

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in voluntary and/or employee benefits sales
• Established broker network within the mid-Atlantic territory (DC, MD, VA)
• Life & Health licenses required; must obtain upon hire if not currently licensed
• Ability to travel as needed within the defined territory
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
