Job Description

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a part‑time, 3rd‑shift role on Friday through Saturday 11 p.m.–7 a.m. This position focuses on high‑level customer service and security at office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. You will build meaningful connections with visitors and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Minimum age 21
• Proficient in phone and computer basics
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
