Base Pay Range

$53,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Benefits

• Bonus potential up to $25k annually (eligible for bonus every 4 weeks)
• Closed on major holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Half day every other week
• Two 5-day work weeks and two 4.5-day work weeks every 4-week period
• Sixth day pay for working over a 5-day work week

• Up to 5 weeks of vacation each year based on tenure (eligible for 1st week after just 4 months)
• Eligible for 2 weeks paid sick leave each year

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Full‑Service Restaurant Management or Fast‑Food Restaurant GM experience
• Experience managing and developing hourly team members
• A passion for service and commitment to serving great food to guests
