Lead the LongHorn Team by delivering an exceptional steakhouse experience. Managers inspire the service and culinary teams, set clear expectations, maintain open communication, and recognize and reward Team Members.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture
• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
• Stabile working history which demonstrates upward career progress
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred
