Astranis Space Technologies is hiring: Recruiting Coordination Associate (Winter

Astranis builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity’s reach into the solar system. Today, Astranis satellites provide dedicated, secure networks to highly‑sophisticated customers across the globe—large enterprises, sovereign governments, and the U.S. military. With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts.

As a Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to the Recruiting Manager and support the coordination team, learning about recruiting processes, systems, and policies.

Role

• Oversee coordination for early‑career talent
• Maintain systems for tracking weekly recruiter progress reports, ensuring data integrity
• Manage tracking systems for interview improvement plan implementation
• Distribute candidate experience surveys to gather feedback on the hiring process
• Collaborate with the team to develop and use visualization tools for data analysis
• Conduct audits of job posting processes, including job descriptions, interview stages, forms, and permissions
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
• Ability to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing an amazing job
• Reliability in communication (e.g., no unread text messages)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Experience with project management and demonstrated success in multi‑tasking
• Service‑oriented with strong professionalism in communication
• Extremely detail‑oriented and responsive on Gmail and Slack

Bonus

• Experience with interview scheduling

The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.
