Job Description: The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team during a busy hiring season. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys process management and behind-the-scenes support in recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Draft and distribute a high volume of offer letters each week Manage applicant tracking system (iCIMS), updating candidate records and monitoring workflows Verify background check status and ensure timely follow-up with candidates Communicate with candidates via email to provide updates and confirmations Double-check automation tools and processes to ensure accuracy Partner closely with the Recruiting team to support hiring demands Maintain organization and ensure tasks are completed with attention to detail Qualifications: 1–2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar experience High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system required Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dayforce experience a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Perks: Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Foot-in-the-door opportunity with a growing organization Supportive and collaborative team culture Great resume-building experience for HR/Talent Acquisition career paths #J-18808-Ljbffr
