Manufacturing Manager – Permanent – Full-time
Location: Sidney, OH
Base Pay Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and control resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and coordination of objectives.
- Analyze production data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
