The right candidate for our Graphic Designer position would:

• Bring a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to create visually compelling work across digital and print platforms.
• Confidently take projects from concept to completion—whether designing social assets, developing full brand identities, or preparing files for production.
• Balance creativity with strategy, ensuring every design choice supports each client’s goals and brand aesthetic.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate openly with team members, clients, and external partners.
• Stay proactive in identifying trends and opportunities across social media and digital design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the table.
• Be comfortable generating short‑form video content ideas and adapting designs for evolving platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability—whether learning new tools, exploring new design techniques, or embracing the latest industry technologies.
• Approach every project with professionalism, positivity, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional work.

Designer must be proficient in the following:

• Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
• Social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
• Print design and production including preparing press‑ready files and understanding print specifications
• Basic UI/UX principles with the ability to collaborate effectively with web developers
• Creative concepting from brainstorming to presenting fully fleshed out design concepts
• Participate in social media content ideation and have the ability to mood‑board ideas with descriptions
• Confidently deliver final product timely and to client’s expectations and company standards
• Branding continuity across a variety of projects through photo, video and design
• The ability to communicate and interact face‑to‑face with public figure and high net worth clients, management companies, talent representatives, publicists, board members, and company founders in meeting and photo/video shoot settings
• Project management and communication tools including familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus

Bonus Skills:

• Website builders such as Squarespace, Wix, and/or Bandzoogle
• HTML, CSS, WordPress, or other front‑end web development knowledge
