Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Corporate Office) – onsite.

Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator based out of our corporate office in Boca Raton, FL, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, accurate data entry, timely response to tier 1 HR requests, and maintain high standard of customer service for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries (e.g., benefits, payroll, leave, policies), ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee information, job changes, benefits enrollments, and other transactions in the HRIS.
  • Monitor the HR inbox and ticketing system; escalation of complex or sensitive issues to Tier 2/HR Manager.
  • Assist with generating HR reports, reconciling HRIS data against payroll and benefits provider reports, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Maintain personnel files, ensure documentation accuracy, and support compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency and employee experience.
  • Respond to Tier 1 requests within established service‑level standards (e.g., 24‑48 hours).
  • Maintain high data accuracy in HRIS and reporting.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in employee interactions.
  • Ensure documentation and data integrity meet audit and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • One (1) year of HR, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and reconciliation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Experience in Human Resources (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requests with urgency.
  • High data accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
