Job Summary

The Live Nation’s Concerts Division is where tours are born, artists come to life, and fans experience the rush of live music. Responsibilities

  • Keep the venue safe, clean, and guest‑facing areas free of trash throughout the event.
  • Clean and disinfect fixtures, floors, mirrors, doorways, walls, and restrooms; restock paper and hygiene products as needed.
  • Maintain neat, orderly work areas, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment; conduct scheduled maintenance during machine service.
  • Show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program—implementing resource‑conservation practices such as waste sorting, recycling, and fan education.
  • Partner with fellow crew members at show end to close the venue—collect recyclables, pick up, and store event equipment (e.g., lawn chairs, barricades).
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and orderly.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in cleaning services or related work.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
  • Detail‑oriented, team player with a positive can‑do attitude.
  • Sense of urgency and strong time‑management skills.
  • Critical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
  • Tolerance for diverse cultures, music, and art forms.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

  • Fast‑paced environment requiring extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and footwork.
  • Must be highly motivated and work independently.
  • Requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs (occasionally more). May involve occasional sitting.

Compensation

Hourly: $17.60 – $22.00. Compensation is based on location (NYC or Westchester) and may vary with experience and other factors. Salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
