Service Delivery Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

• IT Infrastructure Support: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues while adhering to hardware warranty and security compliance requirements.
• Expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing hardware problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, as well as resolving issues with desktop applications.
• Network and System Knowledge: Basic understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN setups and concepts; usage knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP; ability to troubleshoot end-user network cabling issues effectively.
• Smart Hands Support: Experience with peripheral and networking hardware such as monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other related devices; ability to perform "Smart Hand" activities based on instructions.
• Operating Systems Expertise: Strong skills in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS; familiarity with MAC/Linux OS (preferred).
• Additional Skills: Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs; experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy; proficiency in repeat call analysis and implementing preventive actions.

Certifications and Education:

• Preferably an Associate Degree in Electronics.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.
• Vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, etc.) are a plus.
