Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle EPM ARCS
Join our team at Huron as a Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle EPM ARCS and help clients accelerate their operational, digital, and cultural transformation. In this role you will be a trusted advisor to clients, design and deliver technology solutions, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals and vision.
Serve as a functional application specialist for Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically ARCS.
Mentor junior staff on engagement projects, share expertise and provide feedback.
Contribute to multiple projects of differing scale and duration, demonstrating project management and technical proficiency.
Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5‑7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role.
End‑to‑end project implementation experience in Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically ARCS.
Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and strong interpersonal skills for building trust and collaboration.
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
Flexible living location in the U.S.
