Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Quality, Safety, and Value
Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Quality, Safety, and Value to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, and value of our medical services. You will work with our CMO to provide strong, effective and inspired medical leadership for medical providers. You will work closely with our senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. Your expertise in value-based healthcare, quality and safety will be critical in driving our organization towards excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality, safety, and value of our medical services
Collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure that our organization is meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards
Lead and manage teams responsible for quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management
Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards quality and safety goals
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced Practice Nurse. Medical degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Board certification in a relevant specialty
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, including quality, safety, and value-based care
Experience leading teams and managing projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a growing healthcare organization
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Experience with healthcare data analytics and visualization tools
Prior experience in FQHC or non-profit health center is a plus
Desire to make a positive impact
