Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
Work with other physicians in teams but manage your own panel of patients Monday‑Friday.
Adult panel of all ages including geriatrics and some older adolescents; can be customized for interest areas.
Work in attractive, modern buildings and enjoy an electronic medical record environment.
Full‑time management staff, digital radiology, and onsite laboratory services add conveniences at 14 clinic locations throughout the Las Vegas area.
Sign‑on bonus $100,000.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full‑time employment. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based on experience and metric achievement. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Required Qualifications
Family Medicine Residency trained, board certified or board eligible; ability to obtain Nevada license, DEA, and Pharmacy license.
Medical knowledge of established and evolving biomedical, clinical, epidemiological, and social behavioral sciences and application to patient care.
Interpersonal and communication skills resulting in effective information exchange and collaboration with patients, families, and health professionals.
Computer skills for effective utilization of Electronic Medical Records.
Practice‑based learning and improvement: investigation and evaluation of own patient care, appraisal and assimilation of scientific evidence, and improvements in patient care.
