BE/BC Urologist
to join our premier multi-specialty group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Join a collegial, turnkey practice with other BC Urologists and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers supporting hospital consults and outpatient clinic.
Exceptional earning potential with excellent starting base salary and uncapped RVU bonuses.
Options for flexible scheduling.
True General Urology practice with emphasis on supporting a healthy work life balance.
Full breadth of Urology is available but not required.
Ancillary support from on‑site Urogynecology, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Hospitalists, and Intensivists, and two Da‑ Vinci XI robots (optional).
Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering.
Call is 1:5 with responsibility to cover only one ER and hospital at primary location.
Newly expanded operating rooms at Carle Foundation Hospital, as well as access to our 23,000 square‑foot ASC facility.
Carle Foundation Hospital is a 489‑bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal Services, recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in Illinois by U.S. News and Rankings and holds Magnet® Designation with Distinction.

Compensation and Benefits
