What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Develop and implement tactical corporate and operational plans for NERC/ISO compliance management Act as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NERC and FERC specific compliance Lead incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis Create internal controls to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives Represent the company's interests with major compliance and regulatory bodies
What is Required (Qualifications): 5-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC/FERC/ISO compliance for renewable energy electric transmission systems Experience with utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage projects Strong track record in developing compliance programs and resolving compliance issues Knowledge of current ISO/RTO standards and guidelines Familiarity with national energy power markets
