Overview U.S. Anesthesia Partners of Colorado is actively recruiting full-time general anesthesiologists for a physician-owned and led practice in Denver, CO. You can choose new incentives up to $70k, including sign-on, student loan repayment and relocation! Job Highlights US Anesthesia Partners Colorado is a physician-owned and led practice in Colorado with long-standing relationships spanning decades in the region with some of the largest hospital systems in Colorado including AdventHealth and Health One (HCA). We also offer the ability to tailor your practice and work at the top of your license as we offer all types of cases. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with the new HCA anesthesia residency program at Swedish Hospital, if desired. Though we cover numerous hospitals and ASCs around the Denver metro and throughout the state, our physicians are regionalized to a smaller coverage area of their choice. Cases include OB, trauma, CV, transplant, peds, regional, neuro, ortho, cardiac, etc. USAP Colorado offers an equitable highly competitive compensation plan. The estimated starting compensation for the position is $400k to $450k (based on average of 8 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay. 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available. Increased compensation potential is available once you become a partner. We also now offer a salaried Associate position with flexible FTE for those wanting a non-partner option. $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible). 401k match and quarterly profit sharing are also available. On a national level, we have the ability to collaborate between practices and centralizing our economies of scale allows us to invest in the anesthesia practice of tomorrow. Qualifications All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program. Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
