You will conduct safety training and inspections, and promote a safety-first culture among team members. Implement and oversee the Project Safety Program including the development of site safety policies and procedures. Conduct training, including new hire orientation and safety meetings. Monitor all heavy industrial construction work for compliance with safety requirements. Maintain certifications as a Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is desirable. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or equivalent experience. Strong work ethic; good interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency with standard office computer software. Ability to operate in various work environments, including different weather conditions and terrains. Knowledge of construction safety, Federal and OSHA requirements is preferred. Other Requirements

Regular, reliable attendance. Ability to meet deadlines and work productively. Effective communication and professionalism with all stakeholders. Work safely, follow instructions, and adhere to policies. Availability to work during normal hours and overtime as needed. Ability to work at various locations with varying conditions. Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $139,000 to $157,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off.
