Base Pay Range

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Principal Duties

• Support the management team by overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure effective operations, achieving consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Support team members in training, development, and recognition, fostering an employer‑of‑choice mentality.
• Promote and support a 5‑star guest experience.

Founded on the idea that tacos don’t have to be associated with Tex‑Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Velvet Taco is where “anything goes meets the art of the possible.” We use only the freshest ingredients to offer a menu that explores the edge of multicultural boundaries, taking the taco to a whole new liberated level. We slow‑roast our own chicken and corn, use plenty of booze in our margaritas, and make everything from scratch, which means our food tastes really awesome!
