Job Schedule

Daytime: Mon 06:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Wed 06:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Fri 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Use the proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across commercial real estate, healthcare, and education environments
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally at all times
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with site‑specific policies
• Report and document any suspicious activity, incidents, or security‑related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors
• Assist with emergency response activities as required, including coordination with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
• Follow all armed post protocols, including proper handling and carrying of assigned equipment in compliance with Allied Universal and client policies

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

Minimum Requirements

• Active driver’s license
• Valid Florida Security License D License and G License

At Least One Of The Following

• U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge)
• Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate)
• Associate’s Degree (60 College Credits on Official Transcripts)
