What do our Food Safety Specialists do? The primary purpose of this role is to support our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding their brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer‑focused service to enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities

Conduct assessments that measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and brand standards Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure safety, health, and sanitation Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans Teach and coach clients to create a safer and healthier workplace for themselves and their customers Travel 50%‑70% (approximately 8‑10 days per month), including evenings and weekends Essential Job Duties

Conduct audits and inspections Implement and monitor food safety Train and educate staff Investigate food safety incidents Ensure compliance with regulations Maintain documentation and records Influence others with tact and skill Provide clear and constructive feedback positively Work autonomously in a flexible schedule Organize and prioritize work based on urgency and efficiency Possess strong technical knowledge of food safety (preferred) Qualifications

CP‑FS certification or eligible to obtain it Available to work Monday‑Friday, Saturdays, and evenings as needed Valid state driver’s license Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certification(s) is a plus Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time‑management skills Why Choose Us?
