About The Role We’re looking for a creative, hands‑on Video & Photo Content Specialist to help us build a growing library of educational and community‑focused videos for Parker & Sons. You’ll work with our Content Manager and Digital Communications Specialist to plan, film, and edit content for organic social media, YouTube, and our website.

Compensation $60,000/yr DOE

Coached and supported career growth

Plan and organize video and photo shoots including scheduling talent, coordinating with internal departments, preparing scripts, and managing shot lists.

Set up all production equipment (teleprompter, lighting, microphones, and cameras) to ensure a smooth and professional filming process all company‑provided gear.

Film, stage, and edit high‑quality video and photo content for YouTube, organic social media, and the Parker & Sons website.

Write and edit video scripts and campaign storylines that fit our brand tone, homeowner education goals, and channel objectives.

Create visual elements and motion graphics using Adobe tools to enhance final videos.

Manage a full video content workflow in Asana, from concept and pre‑production to publishing and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent storytelling, branding, and visual standards across all platforms.

Contribute ideas for new educational series, seasonal campaigns, or community‑focused video features.

Assist on occasional design or creative projects as needed.

Willingness to support other team initiatives and contribute to cross‑departmental projects as needed, bringing a collaborative mindset to tasks outside of core responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

2-3 years of experience in video production, including filming, lighting, sound, and post‑production.

Proven ability to shoot and edit engaging content for YouTube, organic social media, and web platforms.

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar editing software. Please note,

Experience managing and optimizing YouTube or video content for reach, engagement, and SEO visibility.

A solid grasp of storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication principles.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.

Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft Office, and other project management or creative collaboration tools. You’ll be working on a Windows‑based ThinkPad, so comfort with PC systems (not Mac) is a must.

Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area for on‑location shoots and community events.

Bonus points for

Design experience or graphic creation skills.

Photography background or knowledge of camera setup and lighting.

Understanding of content strategy, keyword optimization, or organic video SEO.

A self‑starter mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to support other team initiatives and contribute to cross‑departmental projects as needed, bringing a collaborative mindset to tasks outside of core responsibilities.
