Work Location Best Buy 423 – Glen Allen, VA 23060
Pay $21 per hour
Schedule 16 hours Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.
About The Role Part‑time Meta Brand Ambassador at Best Buy offers weekend work with cutting‑edge AR/VR tech. You’ll recommend Meta products to retail shoppers, ensuring an interactive, informative, and prosperous shopping experience. All technology training is provided.

Showcase Meta gadgets; help customers enhance lives, from fitness & gaming to entertainment.
Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product.
Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and welcoming approach.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Partner with retail sales associates and leaders.
Track customer interactions via mobile device.
Weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) primarily.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum six months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
Interest in AV & VR products a plus.
Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for sale necessary.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem‑solving skills essential.
Integrity and commitment to exceed customer expectations crucial.
Thrives in fast‑paced team environment.
Availability to work weekends and up to one weekday shift required.
Own smartphone.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend up to 20 lbs occasionally; accommodations may be made.
Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
