Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the activities of the Communications Department.

Create and facilitate training for various audiences to educate employees on how to utilize Microsoft 365’s different platforms/apps.

Act as the point of contact for all field offices and state office departments for the Agency's communication platforms.

Manage projects in the Communications Department.

Assist with Agency events.

Support the print shop as needed.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

High school diploma with four years of experience working in communication, public relations or related field.

An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field may substitute for required work experience.

Two years of experience working with Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
