Global Payroll Implementation Specialist – Global Payroll Implementation team. Report to Manager, Global Payroll Implementations. Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for Payroll customers, ensuring accurate and seamless transition to Remote’s Payroll products. Analyze customers’ payroll needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Direct and manage implementation from start to finish, including data collection, system configuration, parallel payroll runs, tax reconciliation, and compliance verification. Coordinate payroll Go‑Live and hand over accurate payroll to Remote Payroll Operations. Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, supervisors, and vendors in a timely and clear fashion. Maintain positive customer relationships and contribute to high retention rates. Provide support and training to new customers and employees regarding payroll process and country‑specific requirements. Help maintain process documentation and work with internal teams to improve the platform, including UAT testing and shipping. Qualifications
5+ years of Global Payroll Implementation Experience with statutory tax regulations and payroll processing knowledge. 3+ years of Global Payroll Technical Implementation set‑up experience on local payroll software. Excellent understanding of end‑to‑end Global Payroll, PEO and HR processes. Experience in payroll operations and statutory requirements, accounting reconciliations, and data management with high accuracy. Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment. Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and customer‑care orientation. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, MacBook Pro environment, and asynchronous work. Fluent written and spoken English. Remote experience and knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesforce, and DACH payroll software are pluses. Benefits
