Act as the primary point of contact for payroll customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the employer’s payroll services Analyze customer payroll needs and provide tailored recommendations Manage the implementation of new customers, including data collection and system configuration Coordinate payroll runs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams to foster positive relationships Qualifications
5+ years of Global Payroll Implementation experience with knowledge of statutory tax regulations 3+ years of experience in Global Payroll Technical Implementation on local payroll software Strong understanding of end-to-end Global Payroll processes Excellent data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel Preferred Qualifications
