Summary As the Senior Insights Account Manager, you will bring 84.51° insights platform expertise to clients, providing direct support and consultation that improves adoption and value creation. You will deliver in‑depth knowledge of capabilities and application recommendations tied to specific business problems and share a clear point of view on how our platforms, data and insights can inform merchandising, brand and activation strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead proactive and reactive consulting for a portfolio of assigned clients to connect their business questions to analytical maps using 84.51° Stratum, OnDemand, Data Direct and In‑Queries.

Day‑to‑day support of 84.51° Stratum, OnDemand and Data Direct, ensuring clients maximize platform utilization.

Guide clients on opportunities to bring insights into media planning and merchandising processes.

Provide best practices, hands‑on support and customized training for client business analysts.

Maintain value tracking for insights utilization and application, consulting on In‑Queries question bank usage.

Act as internal solution expert, testing new capabilities, providing feedback on innovation and funneling opportunities back to product roadmaps.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

2+ years of relevant client‑facing consulting or sales experience.

Shopper data and insights solutions experience (preferred experience with 84.51° data & insights).

Bachelor’s degree.

Client service mindset and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in 84.51° Insights platforms.

Data‑driven storytelling and basic analytic road‑mapping.

Retail industry knowledge.

Pay Transparency & Benefits

Pay Range: $99,000—$167,900 USD (salary offers determined by location, experience, skills, and market data).
