About the Real Estate Company / The Opportunity: Are you an experienced marketing professional passionate about driving growth in the real estate industry? Our client, a leading company in the Real Estate sector, seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives, maximize brand presence, and accelerate qualified traffic to communities and digital properties. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with division goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver collateral, market research, buyer analysis, and effective lead management.
Manage agencies and vendors for online and offline initiatives: direct mail, email campaigns, digital advertising, signage, website, events, and promotional content.
Ensure consistent, high-quality branding across all touchpoints; provide clear creative briefs and feedback to external partners.
Oversee marketing efforts for communities including merchandising, sales offices, signage, renderings, photo shoots, collateral, grand openings, and special events.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, community traffic, and market trends using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and additional tools; recommend optimizations based on data.
Administer marketing budgets, advertising approvals, schedules, and invoices with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Maintain libraries of marketing assets, photography, online content, and award submissions.
Support sales counselors in evaluations of office presentations and community readiness.
Participate in sales meetings, community site visits, and maintain knowledge of competitor activity.
Contribute to special projects with division and corporate leadership as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within real estate or homebuilding.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and website oversight.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize marketing plans while managing budgets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication, public relations, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Graphic design experience (Photoshop and InDesign preferred).
Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics).
Previous supervision of marketing staff.
Insight into community marketing practices in homebuilding or real estate.
Creative strategy and storytelling for branding and promotional efforts.
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance (for occasional travel).
