Identify and recruit qualified partners across North America. Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies. Conduct partner assessments and manage the onboarding process. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners. Design and deliver comprehensive partner training programs. Provide ongoing sales and technical certification. Create co-branded marketing materials and campaign support. Manage partner portal, resources, and deal registration system. Serve as primary contact for assigned partner accounts. Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning sessions. Facilitate partner tier advancement and benefit optimization. Resolve partner issues and ensure high satisfaction levels. Drive partner-sourced revenue growth and pipeline development. Support partners with deal registration and sales assistance. Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns. Track and report on partner performance metrics. Execute collaborative lead generation strategies. Support partners with industry-specific solution positioning. Coordinate with internal sales teams on lead distribution. Develop vertical market expertise and thought leadership. Qualifications

3-5+ years in partner management, channel sales, or business development. Proven track record managing B2B SaaS or enterprise software partnerships. Experience with CRM, ERP, or business applications strongly preferred. Success recruiting and enabling indirect sales channels. Understanding of Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, High-Tech, or Professional Services. Familiarity with System Integrators, VARs, and consulting ecosystem. Knowledge of CRM market landscape and competitive dynamics. Strong relationship building and communication abilities. Experience with partner portal management and deal registration. Analytical skills for partner performance tracking and optimization. Project management capabilities for multi-partner initiatives. Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. Experience with partner management tools and systems. Understanding of API integrations and technical partnerships. MBA or relevant advanced degree. Experience with international or cross-cultural partnerships. Background in digital transformation or business consulting. Existing relationships within target partner ecosystem.
